Only employees of No Problem Express Movers LLC are allowed in the company's vehicles.
Each job is determined by the inventory list that is provided by the client. If inventory list seems more than what is provided during inquires, client will be charged extra.
Effective July 2020, all customers will be charged a cleaning fee of $80 in the light of the COVID19 pandemic, for the use of our blankets and tools.
In the event that rodents/dust/insects are present during a move, the client will be charged a cleaning fee of $80.
It is always best to have only the movers handling all items during a move, however, if client wishes to help with items, No Problem Express Movers LLC will not be held responsible for damaged, or missing items.
If a job reaches 30 minutes and over, it will be considered an hour and you will be charged for the entire hour. Jobs less than 30 minutes is considered half the original price.
We have 2 main payment options:
Credit Card (4.5% processing fee will apply)
Quick Pay ( Zelle, or bank to bank transfer)
We do not accept cheques. An electronic invoice will be sent to the email provided by the client when making an appointment. Once invoice is paid, an automatic receipt is generated. Tips however can be paid in cash.
If No Problem Express Movers LLC is providing only LOADING AND UNLOADING services, we are not responsible for any any damages which may occur during the transportation of the items, and is realised as a liability after loading the truck prior to unloading. We are only responsible for items in our immediate care, custody and control.
Customers MUST pay in full at the end of the job.
All customers must leave a card on file on the day of the job.
Any damage claims must be reported in writing within 3 days after the move via email to noproblemexpress@gmail.com. We do not take responsibility for any claims after 3 days post the move. We also do not take responsibility if a customer wrapped/ boxed fragile items and did not label such boxes/containers properly, neither do we take responsibility for fragile items that were not wrapped by us (eg. television).
For last minute changes or cancellations, No Problem Express Movers LLC reserve the rights to decline last minute changes. We however, will try to come to a decision that works best for both the company as well as the customer.
Your deposit is also Non Refundable. However, you are free to reschedule your appointment up to 90 days after booking.
